The Canyon Gate Medical Group Offices

With our first four offices at Sunrise, Southern Hills, Summerlin and North Las Vegas fully operational, we continue to open other offices around the Valley.

The Sunrise location is across the street from the Sunrise Hospital at 3201 South Maryland Parkway, Suite 400. The phone number there is 702.262.1130.

Our Southern Hills location is next to the Southern Hills Hospital at 9280 West Sunset Road, Suite 426. The phone number there is 702.262.0124.

Our Summerlin location, Sparks Family Medicine, is located at 10155 W Twain Ave Suite 110. In Summerlin we can be reached at 702.243.2689.

Our North Las Vegas location is now open at 3960 West Craig Road Suite 101 near Decatur Road in the Desert Oaks Plaza. The North Las Vegas phone number is 702.473.8380.

Soon we are opening our Henderson location. It will be located at 283 North Pecos.
